All terms and conditions listed herewith are legally binding on all the mutually agreed parties, bidders and vendors alike. It is the responsibility of all participants in this sale to read and familiarize themselves with all conditions and terms prior to participation.

1. Lots are sold to the highest bidder at one increment over the second bid. In the event of identical bids, the first bid received will prevail. Bids received from persons under 18 years of age will not be accepted.
2. Lots may be subject to a reserve price imposed by vendor in which case the winning bid must be equal to or higher than the reserve.
3. Auction11 shall not be responsible for errors in bidding on the part of bidders.
4. All lots shall remain the property of Auction11, on behalf of the vendors, until such lots are paid for in full.
5. Auction11 reserves the right to require payment in full before delivery of the lots to the buyer. Bidder personally guarantees payment, and if a corporation, an officer or principal in the corporation, agrees to personally guarantee payment.
6. Mail bidders who have not previously established credit must furnish satisfactory references well in advance of the sale date.
7. All descriptions and evaluations are statements of the opinion of the vendor based on information and experience in the market.
8. Authenticity - Each lot is sold as genuine and authentic unless stated otherwise in the description or sold "as is" with no opinion from Auction11.
9. Return - Any lot which a purchaser considers to be incorrectly described may be returned to Auction11 within two weeks of its receipt by such purchaser, provided, however, that the same is received by Auction11 within six weeks of the closing date of the mail sale. If an opinion of a competent authority recognized by Auction11 is desired, the period of time within which a lot must be received by Auction11 will be extended in accordance with Condition 10 of the sale. Lots sold "as is" may not be returned for the foregoing reasons.
10. Extension of time: Buyers may request further time for expertization, when an opinion from a generally recognized authority is not expected or available within six weeks from the date of the auction. Request from purchaser must be in writing and extension confirmed by Auction11 in writing. The results of expertise for which an extension was agreed must be sent to Auction11 within three months of the auction date unless a further extension is granted in writing by Auction11. Purchasers of items to be expertized must make payment in full immediately upon purchase as in Payment Terms below.
11. Lots may not be returned if they contain nine or more individual items for minor differences in condition especially if stated in the descriptions mixed/average or good to fine. Utmost care is given to descriptions so that forgeries, damaged or repaired stamps are either removed from collections and/or described as such, as part of the lot. No illustrated lots may be returned because of centering, margins or other factors shown in the illustrations. Lots described as having faults or defects may not be returned because of faults described, or any others.

Payment for Purchases:

1. Successful bidders will be notified, by mail, of lots purchased.
2. Before lots are sent, payment in full must be received by Auction11 within seven business days after receipt of notification.
3. A purchaser known to Auction11 or who furnishes satisfactory philatelic references, may, at Auction11's option, have purchases delivered or forwarded for immediate payment.
4. Payments are to be made by bank check, draft or money order drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. dollars. In the case of overseas buyers, international bank drafts drawn on U.S. bank or bank wire transfers are acceptable.
5. Mailed delivery will be to the address on the bid sheet. Proof by Auction11 of receipt of a sending at the advised address shall constitute delivery.
6. All charges for handling, delivery and insurance (obtained by Auction11 on behalf of the purchaser) shall be added to the purchase price; a minimum charge of $1.50 will be made.
7. A 1% surcharge will be added every 30 days for any overdue account, but Auction11 reserves discretion to waive payment of same.
